passion120It is with great excitement I share with you what the Holy Spirit taught me about salvation while studying Hebrews 2:1-4. Read carefully and read through. Verse four of which will come in another post, the truth within is just mind blowing.

Hebrews 2:1-4 (NKJV) Therefore we must give the more earnest heed to the things we have heard, lest we drift away. 2 For if the word spoken through angels proved steadfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just reward, 3 how shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation, which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed to us by those who heard Him, 4 God also bearing witness both with signs and wonders, with various miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit, according to His own will?

Hebrews 2:1 (MSG) It’s crucial that we keep a firm grip on what we’ve heard so that we don’t drift off. do you think we can risk neglecting this latest message, this magnificent salvation?

mosesheston2703_468x611Every transgression against the Law of Moses delivered via angels were met with an appropriate punishment in the old covenant. A good example was when Korah and his company rebelled against God, Moses and the priesthood of Aaron. God caused the earth to open up and swallow them, their households, all his men and all their possessions. How much more will it be if we come short of the Gospel delivered by Christ Himself? Don’t get scared, this is nothing like the opening up of the ground or release of poisonous serpents on everyone. But let us look at it in this manner .

The Gospel Of Salvation Revealed

Jesus proclaimed the gospel of salvation which makes provision for divine health. If you choose to ignore this salvation like Korah ignored honoring God and His priests; you stand the risk of being a victim of poor health, being plagued with sickness in your body.

How can we escape the pain and suffering in this world if we do not pay attention to the gospel that made freedom possible.

Colossians 1:13[God] Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:

John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

Divine health is just a tiny bit of what the Gospel of salvation offers. Salvation makes available the summation of the blessings and benefits we will enjoy in heaven, to us here on earth. It includes deliverance, preservation, safety, good health, prosperity etc.

Now tell me do you think we can risk neglecting this message, this magnificent salvation in this hopeless world? We can’t afford to take that risk. Let us embrace the Gospel of Christ, it is all we’ve got.

Kindly drop your comment. God bless you.
