IGNITE WITH SUCCESSBAYO #3 – How to position our mind for success

Hello friends, I welcome you to another session of IGNITE SERIES. I will like to remind you that success grows from Inside-OUT. Today we shall be looking at How to position our mind for success. James Allen in his book, “The making of a man” says “The mind is the master weaver, both of the inner garment of the character and the outer garment of circumstance”. In other words it is only by taking control of our minds that we take control of our lives.

A lot of persons are still in the same level they were 5 years ago simply because their thought pattern have refused to change. Do you know that the accomplishment of a man is a result of the success rate of his mind? Exactly!!!!!! The outward reflection answers to the inward formation. The mind is like a garden, just like what James Allen said “It may be intelligently cultivated or allowed to run wild; but whether cultivated or neglected, it must and will bring forth, if no useful seeds are put into it, then an abundance of useless weed seeds will fall therein; and will continue to produce their kind”. From that you can see that the mind is never idle, it is either building up or breaking down.
The word status-quo is one major challenge Africans are facing (No wonder majority of the African countries are on the same level). Because someone did not achieve it does not mean it is impossible. Napoleon said “the word impossible is only found in fools’ dictionary”.  Friends I want you to discipline your mind to focus on thoughts of significance, success, victory, vitality and purity. Begin to weed out thoughts of stagnation, failure, reproach and worry from your mind. As you think in your heart, so you become.
My mentor once said that those of us born in the developing world must realize that our minds have been the major source of our limitations, not our environment, unconsciously, we have been taught that our country is poor and backward, that things are really difficult and that other countries are more favoured of God than we are. That is not true at all. Your mind is too precious for negative things.
I want you to know that;

“UNTIL YOU CAN SUCCEED IN YOUR HEART, YOUR SUCCESS ON EARTH IS NOT GUARANTEED”.

I am looking forward to seeing you next week. Have a successful week.

From your Coach.
